Along with weekends we will be closed on 23-27th December, and 2nd January. Email enquiries will be answered after these dates and may take a bit longer to answer then usual. New orders and preorders will still be processed and ordered from our suppliers.

Delivery - In Stock Products

The last day for shipping products before Chirstmas marked as 'In Stock' is Friday 16th December. Any deliveries sent after this date may not arrive until after Christmas and Boxing Day. Please note to EU and International orders will take longer to deliver.

Royal Mail will not be delivering on 25th-27th December and on 1st & 2nd January (+ 3rd January for Scotland)

Delivery - Backorder Products

For products marked as 'Backorder' we cannot guarantee orders made after 5th December to be delivered before Christmas - as these products have to be brought in to the UK. The last day for us to ship backorder items is Friday 16th December. Please note to EU and International orders will take longer to deliver

For products marked as 'Preorder' and 'On Demand' please check the revelant pages to see the current estimated delivery dates, On Demand products can be weeks to months for delivery - if you would like us to receive an estimated date please contact us. The last day for us to ship preorder and on demand items that arrive into stock is Friday 16th December. Please note to EU and International orders will take longer to deliver
