If you're in the UK, delivery is absolutely free on all of our products. If you live in Europe, the USA or anywhere else in the world we do charge delivery depending on where you live - shipping costs are worked out at checkout

We ensure that all our items are officially licensed from well-known established brands and sourced from legitimate sources either directly from the manufacturers or from their designated distributors, as collectors we hate fakes ourselves so we will never sell fake products

In Stock Products:
Products marked ‘In Stock’ are usually shipped within 1-2 working days. If you’re in the UK you should receive your order with 2-3 working days after it’s shipped. International orders will vary depending on location, but should be within a week for EU orders and within 14-21 working days maximum for non-EU countries.

Preorder Products:

‘Preorders’ will have the estimated delivery date to your door on the page, usually the release date for figures are at the end of the previous month and takes around 2-3 weeks after to arrive to us from the suppliers.

Please note that preorders are prone to release delays due to manufacturing or shipping delays. We update our estimated dates frequently to try and give the most accurate estimate we can.

Backorder Products:

’Backorder’ items are products that are not in stock in the UK but with our suppliers in Europe. Most backorders will take around 2-4 weeks to deliver to your door (EU & international orders may take longer)

UK customers:

As we are based in the UK all orders to UK addresses include 20% VAT, all products listed on the website include VAT

EU & International Customers:

We do not charge sales tax on any EU or International orders, at checkout no taxes will be changed. Depending on your country’s laws you may need to pay customs costs to the courier when the order arrives in your country

Products marked ‘In Stock’ are eligible to cancellation and returns within 14 days of receiving the order, and must be returned in new condition. Any postage costs to and/or from are non-refundable and taken off the refund, a 3.5% transaction fee is also deducted. For damaged or lost goods please contact us and we’ll attempt to arrange a replacement or refund if the item is no longer available.

For products marked as ‘Preorder’ or ‘Backorder’ we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items as they are brought in as a special order item.
