At Hobby Figures we wish to provide you with quick and reliable deliveries. You can see all our shipping and return information here


If you're in the UK, delivery is absolutely free on all of our products. If you live in Europe, the USA or anywhere else in the world we do charge delivery depending on where you live - shipping costs are worked out at checkout

Most deliveries will take 2-3 working days from when they leave us. We mostly use Royal Mail for smaller parcels and various couriers for larger parcels

For customers worldwide shipping times will vary depending on where your parcel is going. We usually use Royal Mail International Tracking but may use couriers for larger parcels such as Fed-Ex, Parcelforce & DPD

Preorders will be shipped when we receive them. If you've paid a deposit we will send you an invoice by email to pay the remaining amount, once the item is fully paid for we will then ship your order as soon as possible.

For UK addresses we will send any items that are available for shipping for orders with mixed preorders and in stock orders, or multiple preorders with different release dates - so you won't have to wait any longer for any items! For European and International orders if there are a mix of in stock, backorder and preorders the shipment will be sent once all items on the order are available.

We deliver to Europe and can also deliver worldwide. For European customers please add your items to checkout - the checkout will give you the delivery price once you enter your delivery details.

UK taxes will be deducted for Channel Islands, ROI, European and Worldwide deliveries. Please be aware that worldwide deliveries may be subject to customs charges when the parcel arrives in your country - please check your local laws to see if you will subject to custom charges

Please note that with non-UK orders we cannot ship in stock and preorder items individually, orders will be sent when all items are ready to send. If you wish items to be shipped as they are available please make individual orders for each item

For worldwide customers due to the current unpredictable and varying delivery costs some products (mainly large and/or heavy products) cannot be bought on our website, if shipping is not available for any products please contact us (you can use the form below) with the products you would like, the quantities and the delivery address and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a delivery quote - you can decide if you would like to proceed with the order or not


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a defective or broken product we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will try our hardest to replace any faulty or damaged items, but please understand that in cases where the item is sold out and not manufactured anymore we may not be able to replace the item and will refund you for your order

You’ll also need to send a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Please also provide photographic evidence that the item is defective and/or the wrong item. We will not accept returns for items that have some wear and tear to the boxes, while we try to make sure all our stock is stored and shipped well and securely wear to boxes will naturally occur with handling and transporting from when we import the item(s) and ship the item(s)

To be eligible for a return on products that are in stock on our site your item(s) must be new and unopened in the original packaging that you received it in, along with all accessories and components that came with it. You’ll also need to send a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before returning your order to us. Once the returned item(s) are checked and approved for a refund we will refund the amount of the item(s) minus any delivery costs to or from the customer

As preorders are a special request item we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received

By preordering an item you accept that the item cannot be returned unless agreed by us, please contact us at if a defective or incorrect item is sent

‘Backorder’ products are items that we don’t currently hold stock of but our supplier does, as these are specially ordered in we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items.

‘On Demand’ products are items that are not in stock with ourselves or our supplier - but are usually available from the manufacturer and may take weeks to months to arrive, as these are specially ordered in we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items.
