Shipping policy

UK orders in stock will be shipped out as soon as possible, even if the order contains preorders any items in stock will be shipped immediately. Worldwide deliveries are sent out when all items are available.

Products marked as ‘Backorder’ are usually shipped within 2-4 weeks

For orders from the UK delivery is usually made by Royal Mail Tracked 48, larger orders may be sent on a premium Royal Mail service or by a courier such as DPD or Parcelforce. Worldwide orders are usually sent by Royal Mail’s International Tracked, larger orders may be sent by couriers such as Fed-Ex, UPS or Parcelforce. All orders are shipped fully insured.

Preorders

Preordering allows you to guarantee purchasing a product. Preorders will have an estimated release date, once the item is delivered to us by the manufacturer we will ship your order as soon as possible, if a Deposit is paid we will email an invoice for the remaining balance which will take you to our checkout for payment. Please be aware that although we give release estimates given to us by the manufacturers these are subject to change and can mean delays to release by weeks or even months.
