Prime 1 Studio is proud to present our next jaw-dropping entry to the Premium Masterline Series: The 1:4 Scale Jagi Bonus Version from Fist of the North Star.
Fist of the North Star is a post-apocalyptic anime and manga series that was first released in 1983. It is set in a world devastated by a nuclear war, where violence and lawlessness reign supreme. Its immense popularity has allowed its characters to rise up to legendary pop-culture status and holds a dear place in fans' hearts.
The artists at Prime 1 Studio have yet again outdone themselves in bringing to life Jagi, the older brother of Kenshiro and one of the four adopted sons of the martial arts master, Ryuken. His jealousy for his brother, who was chosen as his master's successor, has turned into hatred and twisted him into one of the main antagonists. His quest for revenge has led him to a life of crime and violence. He became an extremely ruthless bandit and used his martial arts skills to terrorize the innocent.
This 27-inch-tall statue of Jagi captures his character's essence perfectly. He's opening his jacket with his left hand to reveal his Big Dipper birthmark. His right hand points his shotgun forward. The pose having been chosen to particularly portray his ruthlessness and wicked personality. Many of his features have been carefully recaptured in this statue to represent his character. We are talking about glaring eyes, bulging muscles, and casually sprawled legs. His eyes and mouth peek through his helmet, allowing you to see his complete loss of sanity. The beautiful textures and colouring on his costume is purely a work of art. You can feel the weight of the metal by looking at his massive shoulder spikes and shiny skull buckle. The worn and rough texture of the leather seeps out of the vest and holster.
The bonus version allows you to swap out his metal helmet head with an unmasked head: a bareface that shows and captures the true essence of Jagi. Protruding tubes for blood flow bolted plates across his scarred face, all individually crafted with finesse and expertise to portray his deep resentment towards his stepbrother Kenshiro.
You can also recreate different storytelling scenes with any of the three swappable right-hand parts. A sawed shotgun, an open palm with curled fingertips that shows endless desire for violence, and a closed fist for any who holds the Hokuto name. The intricate stone base also represents elements that will tickle the hearts of fans of the series. From the overhauled mufflers, tires, and engines of his beloved motorcycle to his bust at the front, our sculptors and painters have just poured their utmost expertise into bringing the reality of surviving in a post-apocalyptic world to life.
The third brother is now up for preorder, make sure to add this to your collection of Prime 1 Studio's Fist of the North Star Premium Masterline. The flower of carnage is here, do not delay the fight!
