Preordering allows you to guarantee purchasing a product. Preorders will have an estimated release date, once the item is delivered to us by the manufacturer we will ship your order as soon as possible - please be aware that although we give release estimates given to us by the manufacturers these are subject to change and can mean delays to release by weeks or even months. Release delays can be viewed in the Updates section
Most products that are preorders can either be paid in full or with a partial deposit. For partial deposits you will be charged the deposit amount shown, when the item(s) are available and the order is ready to be shipped we will contact by email with an invoice that will allow you to pay the remaining amount - we allow up to 14 days to pay the remaining balance of a preorder unless agreed otherwise by Hobby Figures. Preorders that are paid fully will be shipped immediately after the item(s) on the order arrive to us.
UK orders that have preorders with different release dates or with items that are currently in stock will be shipped separately as and when they are available. Worldwide orders will be shipped once all items are available
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a preorder please contact us within 14 days of ordering, some special items such as especially large or heavy items are considered special order items and therefore cannot be cancelled once preordered - these items are clearly marked as non-cancellable in the product description. Please be aware that we often order preorder items soon after an order is made and we are commited to receiving the stock. As preorders are a special request item we cannot accept cancellations after 14 days or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received, in the case where a deposit has been paid if the customer refuses to pay the remaining balance when the product(s) on the order arrive and are ready to be shipped then the customer will forfeit the deposit paid and product(s) on the order. All refunds will be subject to a processing fee charge of 3.5% which is non-refundable from our payment processor.
