The Discovery ship in its Big Ship version, was a Crossfield-class science vessel, active in the mid-23rd century, and was equipped with an experimental spore-drive, capable of transporting the ship over vast distances in an instant. Celebrate the action of the first season of the new Star Trek series Discovery with her ship, Discovery (NCC-1031) part of the official Star Trek starship collection.

She has been cast and hand-painted in incredible detail using references from CBS Studios' own CG design files and models. The model captures the beauty of bronze with its segmented disc section, along with a triangular secondary hull and elongated nacelles.
