Preorders allows you to guarantee purchasing a product. Preorders will have an estimated release date, once the item is delivered to us by the manufacturer we will ship your order as soon as possible - please be aware that although we give release estimates given to us by the manufacturers these are subject to change and can mean delays to release by weeks or even months. Release delays can be viewed in the Updates section.
Backorder products are usually delivered 2-4 weeks after an order is completed
In stock products will be shipped out as soon as possible (usually despatched in 1-2 working days), even if the order contains preorders or backorders any items in stock will be shipped immediately.
On Demand products will be shipped as soon as we can receive stock of the item - which may take weeks to months - we will attempt to inform of any delivery dates as soon as we receive them
Preorders - Most products that are preorders can either be paid in full or with a partial deposit. For partial deposits you will be charged the deposit amount shown, when the item(s) are available and the order is ready to be shipped we will contact by email with an invoice that will allow you to pay the remaining amount, which will be the price when the order was placed (even if the price has gone up between release we will charge the original 'Pay Now' price at the time of ordering) - we allow up to 6 weeks to pay the remaining balance of a preorder unless agreed otherwise by Hobby Figures. Preorders that are paid fully will be shipped immediately after the item(s) on the order arrive to us.
UK orders that have preorders with different release dates or with items that are currently in stock will be shipped separately as and when they are available.
While we fulfil the vast majority of preorders occasionally cancellations for preorder products may occur due to manufacturer product cancellation (such as licensing issues) or due to stock allocations. Full refunds will be provided in the rare case we cannot fulfil item(s).
Products marked as a 'Preorder' are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. As preorders and backorders are a special request item we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received, in the case where a deposit has been paid if the customer refuses to pay the remaining balance when the product(s) on the order arrive and are ready to be shipped then the customer will forfeit the deposit paid and product(s) on the order. Please note that preorder delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to manufacturer or shipping delays. Cancellations on preorder products are not permitted due to changing estimated dates unless there are excessive delays (1+ year) from the original ETA (confirmed on the order confirmation email sent after the order is placed).
Backorders - Products marked as a 'Backorder (items not in stock in the UK which usually take 2-4 weeks to deliver) are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. As backorders are a special request item we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received. By placing an order for a Backorder item you accept that the item cannot be returned unless agreed by us, please contact us at contact@hobbyfigures.co.uk if a defective or incorrect item is sent.
In Stock - Orders in stock with us in the UK are eligable for refunds within 14 days of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you change your mind and wish to return an unwanted item it must be in new, unopened and undamaged condition and returned in it's original packaging. Shipping costs of sending the unwanted item(s) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund, and return shipping will either be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund. By ordering an 'In Stock' item you accept that the item cannot be returned unless agreed by us, please contact us at contact@hobbyfigures.co.uk if a defective or incorrect item is sent.
On Demand items are products that we or the manufacturer's distributor do not hold stock of - however we can usually order stock in when an order is placed. Shipping may take weeks or months - please contact us and we will try to get an estimated lead time from the supplier. Click For Delivery Info
Products marked as 'On Demand' are not eligible for refunds or cancellations as they are a special request item brought in on a per order basis. The only exceptions is where we cannot fulfil the order in which case the order will be cancelled and refunded, or where the item is damaged or the wrong product is received.
