Orders in stock will be shipped out as soon as possible, even if the order contains preorders any items in stock will be shipped immediately. Products listed as "Backorder" are usually delivered 2-4 weeks after an order is completed
EU and International orders are sent complete once all items are available. Please make separate orders if you would like items shipped at different times.

Please be aware that European and International orders may be subject to customs and import fees depending on the country’s import laws.
Products marked as a 'Backorder' (items not in stock in the UK which usually take 2-4 weeks to deliver) are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. As backorders are a special request item we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received. By placing an order for a Backorder item you accept that the item cannot be returned unless agreed by us, please contact us at contact@hobbyfigures.co.uk if a defective or incorrect item is sent.
